It's official
The re-finalization of our adoption was completed on August 15th. He is officially ours and his name is full and legal name is Rhett Howard Tam Myers. What a day and it was much more emotional than I expected. We will celebrate his gotcha day in less than a week and on Sept. 24th he will have been in America for a full year.
