Today we met with workers at the Can Tho Red Cross for about 30 minutes. They were great people. The wanted to make sure we would take good care of our boys and provide them with a good education. The director commented that it's like we are taking their children away from Vietnam. Then we headed to the orphanage to see our kids again. We found out today at about 3:00 that our G & R was being moved to tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. So, tomorrow Rhett is ours.
Here are some photos from today.

The pictures just get more precious every day! Hope everything goes well tomorrow. We'll be thinking about all of you and the caregivers.
So glad things are going well! And thanks for sharing all the pictures!
Your pictures great and I'm hanging on every word. I miss Vietnam and I guess I'm envious of you all right now. What an incredible day 9/11 will now be for you. I posted on Eli's site that what better way to heal from 9/11 than to give a child a forever family. A new beginning. God Bless you. Keep the updates coming!! Also, for that first night when you have Rhett with you, don't be surprised if he sleeps with his eyes partly open. Khoa did it and so have several other children that have come home from Vietnam. It won't take long for him to close his eyes all the way. Don't know why they do it, and maybe Rhett won't at all.
Hey guys,
You look so happy and ready for some good ole fashion American air conditioning :) I'm so happy for you. When he called you Mom & Dad...oh I can't imagine the joy in your hearts! Thanks so much for keeping us in the loop of everything going on! It's so neat to watch the whole process. I'm lovin' the pics!!! Congrats again!
I love the pics of Rhett with his arms around you and Chuck....awwwww!
I am sure tomorrow will be an incredible day filled with much joy, emotions, and celebration.
We will be praying for all who have faithfully taken care of Rhett, the two of you as his new parents, and your beautiful, new son.
Mom & Dad would be so happy and proud of both of you. The Heavens will be rumbling with joy!
All our love -
What a precious little guy. I'm so excited for you guys and can't wait to greet this handsome young man at the airport.
Love the pics. Can't wait to see the pics from the G & R.
The pictures are great! I am so glad things are going well!
We can't wait to meet your beautiful son. I am so excited for the two of you and Rhett. He is a lucky little guy to have you two as parents. Mark and the kids and I will be anxiously awaiting your safe return.
Thank you for sharing the amazing photos! Rhett looks comfortable with you already. Here's hoping for a smooth tide back to HCMC. CONGRATULATIONS!
