We have our exit Visa

Today has been a very good day. At 4:00 we received our exit visa so we are free to leave.

Rhett has had a very good day. He is talking up a storm - in English and Vietnamese. Today he started repeating almost everything Chuck and I say. He even started tapping strangers on the arm and giving them a wave and big smile!! He is beginning to love American food - especially french fries and ketchup! He also likes macaroni and cheese and hot dogs.

Most of our travel group are headed home today, while the Hodges are taking a trip up North. Chuck and I decided to stay in Hanoi - I have developed a bit of a sore throat. Hopefully we will be home on Monday.

Here are some pictures from yesterday and today.

I'm so excited for you guys to get home so we can meet the little guy! I love it when you say he's "testing" you and Chuck. I'd LOVE to hear the specifics on that ;)

Kade has been looking at your blog, too and is excited to meet Rhett. See you guys soon!

What an absolutely precious family you have! Can't wait to meet Rhett in person. It has been a treat to talk to him on the phone. Thanks for the call today.
